"After being badly let down on a booking I contacted Stanley Travel spoke to Michael who sorted a bus and driver for me. It was a return journey and had two different coaches and drivers. Both coaches were immaculate and the drivers were very smart, polite and very helpful. In future if I require a coach Stanley Travel will be my first port of call"

"Feedback from our SAFC Wembley Trip: • Whole day was so good and driver's very good and informative • Driver was friendly and clear with instructions re stopping times at services etc. Was originally on coach 1, but a friend was in coach 2. Managed to swap over to coach 2 at Chester Le Street • It was the best journey I've had to Wembley and back. The drivers (coach 1) were lovely, kept us informed and got us there and back safely and in great time. • Both drivers were amazing, credit to your company • Both drivers excellent. Very smooth ride. From start very well arranged and organised. Staff friendly and efficient. Driver managed to rejig seating arrangements so another couple could sit together. The coach was clean and tidy - tidied when we returned to coach after match . Very clear instructions on safety arrangements at the start of the journey, outlining the plan for the journey and the stop off break. Arrived in good time and safe journey home. "Our trip was very good the journey to Man City Football Stadium there and back was great. The driver was wonderful and handled all the wheelchairs and passengers great he had a lot of knowledge about routes etc etc.. The coach is lovely it had everything we needed it was very clean and very comfortable."

"We went from Peebles to Lincoln, around and back, a wholly successful Spring Break. Our driver, Brett, was a careful and safe driver, the coach was clean and comfortable. We are all elderly, mostly fit but some of us needed a bit of help, and Brett could not have been more helpful or obliging."

"Held a medical conference in Newcastle & coaches were required to transport delegates from our conference venue, to and from the separate venue for our Annual Dinner. From start to finish Stanley Travel provided excellent service. My initial query was dealt with swiftly, and the team were great in the lead up to the event. On the day, everything went very smoothly. The drivers were punctual, smart & friendly. Very helpful, courteous and respectful of passengers who in turn enjoyed their journeys. The coaches were clean and comfortable and had ample space for a comfortable journey. Would definitely use this company again for a future event."
