"The driver was excellent and the coach comfortable. Just as well because the rest of our experience with Sounds Travel was not good. Communication was bad. Whenever I send a message I had to follow up with a phone call to get an answer. The coach arrived about half an hour late. We were further delayed because the satnav took us in a roundabout way. (Why was the driver not using Waze or Google maps?)This caused us to be late for our barge cruise. Our cruise had to be shortened because there was another booking after us. The day after our return I emailed Sounds Travel to complain and ask for compensation. This is a week ago and not surprisingly have not heard anything from Sounds Travel. Will not use this company again."

"Was good overall, the driver appeared well dressed and was friendly. The route wasn't very well planned out before hand resulting in guests nearly being missed at pick up points and all guests arrive late to the event after constantly being asked by the driver if this was the right way with no certainty of the end location. The driver did turn round to pick up the missed guests after we rang to say the pickup had been missed but the guests on the coach had to help navigate."

"Hi, the coach was nice and all the communication upto the day was all good . But driver let us down . He was 30 mins late for my wedding party. Then said he had the wrong time even though i confirmed with driver day before. Then on return trip he was rude to all guest threating to leave without some guests even though he turned up early."

"Driver was not very helpful and would not change return time by 30 minutes to allow children more time at theme park as there were long queues. This was a shame as it meant the staff and children left earlier than they would have liked. Vehicle provided was excellent."

"We are really sorry to hear this, it is not what we want and we will speak to the driver to remind him of our customer service expectations. I am sure that if you tried us again you would have a better experience."
