More than a year ago

"The company put no effort into engaging me before the trip - which meant we incurred an extra charge for drinking on the coach, but worse was they didnt have my flight number (despite me giving it to them 3 times), didnt make it clear where we was meeting and that we only had 10 mins to pick up before extra charges kicked in. This lead to threatening phone calls from the boss saying he was going to cancel the booking."

Would they recommend: No

"We whatsApp many times for flight number but you did not reply our driver waited for you one hour extra outside the airport and at last you called him and he came inside to pick up point everyone knows the pick up and drop up point because there is only one. Our driver told you in advance that when you are ready then call me inside because airport parking administration charge £1 per minute after 10 minutes waiting time allowed When driver came inside half of your people came inside the vehicle and half people did not come and you have to wait for them. The airport authority charged you because of your mistake and it is not our fault if you are not ready you should not call us inside airport our driver can wait outside."

"Driver was half an hour late picking us up and didn't tell me until he was supposed to be there. This then had a domino effect on our whole night we were late for our meal (which meant we missed dessert) then we were late for our other reservation which meant that we had to pay an extra to get into the venue. The driver was extremely rude when he finally arrived getting very personal and was very insulting. It put me in a very embarrassing situation with my guests and I didn't want to ruin the night for them. He did some extra drops on the way home at no extra cost which was nice however the initial journey still ruined our night. I wouldn't recommend as was extremely unprofessional, which is a huge shame."

"We admit that driver was late 20 minutes because of unavoidable circumstances and(I have proof of whatsapp message she was informed and seen by her about this delay) but in return she wanted huge amount of money in discount although the driver given her reasonable discount but when she did not pay the money at all then the driver asked them for money. Although we gave them free 1/2 hour journey from one venue to another venue in central London and on return also gave them 1/2 hour free ride to extra drop off into other village and also gave her £20 more discount. If she is not still happy what can we do for them. All other people were happy with the luxury bus and enjoyed the music via Bluetooth and praised the leather reclining seats and party lighting and at the end they thanked the driver for such a good new Mercedes party bus."

"The morning driver got late to the church. Used an old GPS navigation. I had to use my phone and direct the driver. vehicle was clean. on return one passenger has left his car keys on the coach. Driver tried to blackmail him. To pay £80 to return them. He got a uber to Luton. Not helpful."

"Sorry to hear about the morning driver used old nav he is on holidays when he come back we will make an enquiry. I asked the evening driver about £80 he told me that when he came back to the base which is far away from the place and one person phoned him that he left his car keys in the vehicle he could not go back because he has finished his shift and he asked the taxi driver for the price to deliver the keys and he told him the price that is why he told them the car keys can be delivered by paying to taxi driver because the taxi can not deliver the car keys free of charge about 27 miles. In the Sunday morning I also phoned him that That we can arrange delivery the car key for the price £40 the taxi company given to us (the price was less as compare to night time because of the day time) or otherwise you collect it at anytime. We tried our best to resolve the issue. We explained the situation We are sorry for any inconvenience ."

"Driver was pleasant and bus was tidy. The bus wasn't the one I was told I would get, they didn't read all the information I gave when booking and told me they would only be able to drop off rather than waiting like I asked. They then gave a reason that the original driver was unwell and had to give the job to someone else which would of been okay if they had told me before theyou turned up. I don't really belive this reason as the driver said he had another job so couldn't wait then said that he didn't have a job anymore and would be able to wait. Also a passenger had a bag with a few bottles of alcohol in we understand the bag may have fallen over however one bottle was missing and had been put on the shelf above your head, the driver never said that it had fallen out and he'd moved it. Return journey was okay."

"I am sorry but the driver who was coming suddenly had serious problem and can not go on job and we have cover you on time by other nearest company to you"
