"The driver was polite and friendly and tried to accommodate my request for a microphone on the evening. The Vehicle was smart and clean...my only feedback is that the seatbelts may need looking at. They were extremely stiff and difficult to get out of, and with a coach of children this meant a lot of adults having to help the kids. The value was great and the driver was there on time both there and on the return. Many thanks!"

"I would highly recommend Sadder Travel from.start to finish. We booked a mini bus for 10 of us from Luton to Banbury return. The driver was excellent, we changed our return time with no problem. The coach was so clean and very modern, this made the trip smooth and quick."

"My wife booked two vehicles through Sawer Travel Limited. The agreed arrangement was that on day one, my wife’s family would be picked up from Luton Airport and transported to our house in the 20 seater minibus. We would all then be transported to Southampton cruise terminal in the same 20 seater minibus.  Then on return, We would all be transported from Southampton cruise terminal back to our house in either the 20 or 16 seater minibus. Then later the same day either the 20 or 16 seater minibus would return to pick up and transport my wife’s family back to Luton airport.  Everything was fine until the last part of the journey. The vehicle that turned up was a basic 6 seater van with fold-down seating, and barely enough space for the 5 people and all of their luggage. My wife’s family had to ride with their luggage cramped around their legs and on their laps. The following link is the image of the man who showed up driving the last vehicle. Later, when questioned over the phone, Mr. Sarwar blamed my wife for this change, interrupting her repeatedly and talking over her telling her that this was her mistake. He then hung the phone up on her.  I called Mr. Sarwar back to try to talk with him calmly and professionally. Mr. Sarwar repeated the same attitude with me, telling me that this was somehow my wife’s doing. I explained to him that I was looking right at all of the correspondence emails and agreement between him and my wife, and that at no point was there any discussion regarding changing vehicles from what was already agreed.  My Sarwar proceeded to tell me that there was nothing he would be willing to do. He explained that he had already given us the best deal on the market, which was not the case at all. I explained to him that we booked an experience for my wife’s family, and that is what we paid for. I asked if he would at least be willing to give a partial refund. Mr. Sarwar said no and hung up on me. Let down and dissappointed. Never again."

"Pleasant journey to and from destination! Excellent service - friendly driver! Return ride we asked to be picked up earlier at short notice and company was accommodating! Would definitely use again! Bus was brand new, modern and comfortable! Abel to play own music through Bluetooth sound system!"

"We had a fantastic experience with Sarwer Travel! We were picked up in Covent Garden, even though the driver couldn't park exactly outside of the bar he came to find us and guided us to where he had parked. He was on time and let us play our music all the way home! The coach was clean and all of my friends were really impressed! We will definitely be using them again :)"

"Driver was half an hour late picking us up and didn't tell me until he was supposed to be there. This then had a domino effect on our whole night we were late for our meal (which meant we missed dessert) then we were late for our other reservation which meant that we had to pay an extra to get into the venue. The driver was extremely rude when he finally arrived getting very personal and was very insulting. It put me in a very embarrassing situation with my guests and I didn't want to ruin the night for them. He did some extra drops on the way home at no extra cost which was nice however the initial journey still ruined our night. I wouldn't recommend as was extremely unprofessional, which is a huge shame."

"We admit that driver was late 20 minutes because of unavoidable circumstances and(I have proof of whatsapp message she was informed and seen by her about this delay) but in return she wanted huge amount of money in discount although the driver given her reasonable discount but when she did not pay the money at all then the driver asked them for money. Although we gave them free 1/2 hour journey from one venue to another venue in central London and on return also gave them 1/2 hour free ride to extra drop off into other village and also gave her £20 more discount. If she is not still happy what can we do for them. All other people were happy with the luxury bus and enjoyed the music via Bluetooth and praised the leather reclining seats and party lighting and at the end they thanked the driver for such a good new Mercedes party bus."

"The journey went well. I booked Sawyer twice already with same driver. The driver was very helpful, not to mention very nice. He was very accommodating and welcoming. The vehicle itself was very clean. It was a smooth ride during our travel and didnt have any issues"
