"Pleasant journey to and from destination! Excellent service - friendly driver! Return ride we asked to be picked up earlier at short notice and company was accommodating! Would definitely use again! Bus was brand new, modern and comfortable! Abel to play own music through Bluetooth sound system!"

"We had a fantastic experience with Sarwer Travel! We were picked up in Covent Garden, even though the driver couldn't park exactly outside of the bar he came to find us and guided us to where he had parked. He was on time and let us play our music all the way home! The coach was clean and all of my friends were really impressed! We will definitely be using them again :)"

"Driver was half an hour late picking us up and didn't tell me until he was supposed to be there. This then had a domino effect on our whole night we were late for our meal (which meant we missed dessert) then we were late for our other reservation which meant that we had to pay an extra to get into the venue. The driver was extremely rude when he finally arrived getting very personal and was very insulting. It put me in a very embarrassing situation with my guests and I didn't want to ruin the night for them. He did some extra drops on the way home at no extra cost which was nice however the initial journey still ruined our night. I wouldn't recommend as was extremely unprofessional, which is a huge shame."

"We admit that driver was late 20 minutes because of unavoidable circumstances and(I have proof of whatsapp message she was informed and seen by her about this delay) but in return she wanted huge amount of money in discount although the driver given her reasonable discount but when she did not pay the money at all then the driver asked them for money. Although we gave them free 1/2 hour journey from one venue to another venue in central London and on return also gave them 1/2 hour free ride to extra drop off into other village and also gave her £20 more discount. If she is not still happy what can we do for them. All other people were happy with the luxury bus and enjoyed the music via Bluetooth and praised the leather reclining seats and party lighting and at the end they thanked the driver for such a good new Mercedes party bus."

"The journey went well. I booked Sawyer twice already with same driver. The driver was very helpful, not to mention very nice. He was very accommodating and welcoming. The vehicle itself was very clean. It was a smooth ride during our travel and didnt have any issues"

"Exceptional service! I made an error when booking and driver amended it just a week before our airport run. Driver helped with all luggage - and there was a lot! On time both ways - 21 passsengers. Nice new Mercedes minibus - very comfortable ride. Will book again for future airport runs or any group events! Thank you for a great service"

"Firstly, I would start with the positives. The Vehicle was immaculate and on time to pick up the party of people. The driving their was erratic and made a number of the travellers uneasy. We arrived at our destination early. However, having used a coach comparison website, we had expected an invoice and to be able to transfer or pay by credit card for this. Instead we were phoned repeatedly to pay by cash or bank transfer for no further explicable reason. The coach did return to pick us up, slightly but understandably with traffic. We had travelled a guest lighter than planned and when collected asked if a guest could be dropped in the nearby town. 0.5 miles from collection point on the way back. However, having agreed this halfway there he changed direction and carried on further away from agreed drop-off. Eventually after a disagreement, he opened the door and insisted the guest walk from there. Further away! We were very disgruntled with how unhelpful and argumentative the driver chose to be. Maybe this was an unfortunate outcome and people have had better experiences, but we would not book again."

"We have clearly mentioned you have to pay by electronic Bank Transfer or cash on pick because we do not keep credit card details. The actual problem the customer wanted extra drop off that was not included in the plan and the driver can not do because of driver hour regulation"

"The quality of customer service from Sarwer Travel has been excellent. They were quick to respond to my enquiry with an extremely competitive. quote. They kept in touch and even sent me the driver's name and phone number a couple of days before the journey.. The executive coach was as described and arrived on time in a spotless condition. The driver was very friendly and helpful with one of our guests who uses a wheelchair.. He arrived back to collect us on time and waited whilst we all said our goodbyes. This is an excellent company with exceptional customer service who provide efficient high quality value for money services. Highly recommended."
