"Driver on the way out was late for our pick up but was very apologetic and was very helpful when giving information. Our driver on the way back was on time picking us up and was also helpful. However, we were due to arrive at our destination for about 2:40pm but then for some reason the driver started driving 40mph on the motorway which pushed our arrival time back to 2:55pm."
