"The driver was late ( a parent reported that he had hit something in the village!). He had to park in a nearby cul de sac as he could not manoever the coach near the school. Then we missed the entrance to Celtic harmony and had to sit in a layby while he phoned someone!. I stated we were missing the first activity only to be ignored. The driver was miserable and sullen. As a result, we missed the beginning of our first activity. The driver was no help and did not communicate at all over both journeys. The coach was c lean and comfortable and this is why I gave you 1/5"

"The coach was very clean and well presented and most importantly punctual. The driver was very helpful and friendly. I would certainly ask Cozy Travel to quote on future trips that we look to organise. The only concern I had was the administration of our payments and some confusing messages about arrangements. Otherwise, all good."

"We had a wedding group booking for travel to a country venue, the pick up was on time and the driver waited for latecomers, even though we were in danger of being late. Clean and well tuned out vehicle journey was comfortable and safe."
