"The journey was good, we arrived on time as booked but there was some difficulty in fitting suitcases and extra luggage in the storage compartments in the vehicle. This was concerning especially since we did not fill up the coach with all 24 seats."

"Driver arrived in very good time and was very helpful and friendly. The vehicle was comfortable but would have benefited from an extra step out of the bus. Our group was elderly and several people had limitations to their mobility and the depth from the last step to the ground proved a little tricky."

We usually try to park near a high kerb to ease the distance between the ground and the step, unfortunately it's not always possible but we will take this into consideration when we upgrade the vehicle."

"Dave, Thanks to your Patience and experience a Long day out at Cheltenham Gold Cup 24 was made easier you found parking nearby despite whole parking areas being unusable due to rain on Hard standing and kept your Head when other Drivers were losing theirs Lovely Clean coach on Time .Communication from the Day before all add to a Professional service Ambassador Provide Thank you Dave"
