"Awful experience they didn’t even turn up. Ruined my friends birthday surprise. As we couldn’t get to the venue where we was meant to be getting taken to. They gave some excuse that we emailed them to cancel our bo King but couldn’t tell us who sent the email. I will never be using them again. Such ooor service and rude and n the phone!!!!!"

"The journey was problem free which is always a good thing. The driver was particularly calm on the way home which was late at night transporting eight intoxicated gents. The vehicle is what you'd expect for a minibus. Would use again."

"The journey went fine, couldn't complain as the driver was there on time and let us stop off at services. But the driver was very moody and couldn't speak much English. I went to give him the money which was £270 as I had already paid the £60 deposit but then he started asking for £300. He wouldn't listen to me so in the end I had to ring Sandy and he had to speak to him and explain. After that, I got on the bus to then find out that my friends had to give him another £40 because he wouldn't let us on the bus with alcohol. I had already explained to Sandy that we were going to have some drink because we were going to a festival and that we were going to be careful and clean up after ourselves. We even brought a bin liner on the bus with us but the driver had already put one on there so he must have been expecting us to have some sort of rubbish. Anyways, that's the only thing I wanted to mention really. Although he did also get a bit funny with us as the end of the night because we stopped off at the shop. He saw there was a queue so he started to drive away when our friend was still outside so then he had to run back on to the bus. I understand that we were probably taking up his time but then again it wasn't our fault a queue was there and he could have dealt with it a bit differently. We are sorry if we delayed him in anyways but to be honest it wasn't even that long."

"The journey from Romford to Ascot was fantastic. The driver was extremely helpful and friendly - he offered to stop at the services to get food and drink and also dropped us right outside of the venue and it was just a short walking distance to get inside. The trip home was unfortunately slightly different, mainly due to the fact we had a different driver, Sandy. He called us to say he was stuck in traffic and said he would be an hour until he got to the venue, bearing in mind this was our original pick up time. We did, however, agree to walk as traffic could not be helped and we wanted to get home. We then walked nearly 2 miles to try and get as far as we could to meet him and he still hadn't reached us. As he had already walked so far and our feet were killing us, we stopped off at a pub where we had to sit down and get food. We sat in this pub for almost 30 minutes waiting. When we called the driver he was extremely rude and stated that it wasn't his fault there was so much traffic and if we were going to be like this he would turn around and go home. We explained that we had walked far enough and he should have planned ahead to get to the venue on time. He then shouted: "What do you want me to do, not my fault", and then sent a picture of the traffic he was sitting in. After he finally arrived he was extremely rude the whole way home. Before we even had a chance to get our seatbelts on and sit down he swung the car around and I fell off my seat and hit my leg on the step to get into the minibus, which has now resulted in a huge bruise. When I asked the driver if I could borrow his charger to ring my mum and say we were on our way home, he replied: "Oh you're the one who was starting on the phone," Extremely rude and obnoxious. We then had to pick our bags up from the other bus driver - when he gave them back he threw them in the minibus and slammed the door shut in a rage, once again completely unacceptable. He then dropped us home and sped off down the road. The entire journey was disgusting, and the driver had no respect for any of the passengers and clearly did not know how to plan his trip accordingly to be on time. I will definitely not be using this service again and will be informing all of my friends who have received quotes from this company to find alternatives options elsewhere, disgusting service and behaviour. We paid a large amount of money for this trip for this driver to ruin our entire day."

"Absolutely worst behavior from passenger's i have had in past 10 years, Booking was made for 08.30am pick and passengers never turned up till 09.35am and when they left wanted the driver to stay with them all day which was not said when booked in. They said they wanted to leave bags on the minibus which i said was fine but will be a different driver picking them up later in the evening. So would need to collect them on the way back. They then called me around 10.00am saying wanted to change the pick up time from 08.00pm to 07.00pm and I said we wil try but the booking was made for 08.00pm. When I went to pick them up I called them to say there is lots of traffic getting inside to Ascot and will take time getting inside. They kept calling me every 5 mins to ask where i was and told them I will take a picture of the traffic going inside ascot and it was 2 miles long. Then different people from the group kept calling me shouting at me asking why I'm not there. I finally got to the pick up 07:50pm 10 mins before the pick up time which was made. They all jumped onto the road and got on to the minibus. All passenger where under the influence of alcohol and begone to swear at me, then they where jumping up and down inside the minibus. I had to go back to the other minibus to pick up there bags from the morning which i did and then when I got to the drop they all left the minibus leaving behind bags of rubbish and bottles all over the fool. The worst passengers I have had for a long time."
