"The services I received from MinubusIt was second to none. There were no flaws and the service that was delivered was absolutely outstanding. Communication was not an issue as the driver and management were very consistent with their communication as well as setting clear instructions for myself and my friends. We had a long trip to Leeds, and the driver was very accommodating, stopping whenever we asked and even had the chance to speak to the driver who was a very loverly person. They allowed us to play our own music and also allowed us to eat and drink inside the bus. I wouldn’t change the service at all and would love to extend my much felt appreciation to the management team. They were fantastic and the value for money is great too. Would definitely choose MinibusIt again for further trips. In addition, the bus was very clean before, during and even after our trip as the driver cleaned up any of our mess while we was stationed at Leeds. Very comfortable as well, especially with the young kids we had on this trip they all felt really happy in the bus. Again, would choose these guys over anyone else."

"The journey was totally smooth. The driver arrived early for both legs of the journey and was incredibly friendly and helpful. (one of our young people dropped a hot chocolate outside on the pavement before we got on the coach and he came out with paper towels to help him clean up). The bus was perfect for what we needed and the driver was patient on pick up in the second leg even though the play we went to go see ran over so we were out later than expected. Would definitely use this company again."

"Constantin, our bus driver, was simply the best! He was very helpful all evening, was on time, friendly, and professional. We had a crisis where one of our guests left their passport on the bus and he even returned it to her the following day! This company were reasonably priced, fast to respond to my inquiry, and were very considerate throughout the process. The bus was clean and very sleek with comfy seats. I would give them 6 stars if I could!"
