"Bus driver arrived 30 mins late on the outwards and inwards journey. There was no toilet on the bus despite my clear request for a coach with toilet. Not all seatbelts were working properly and some of the windows could not be closed. Overall I would not use this company again."

Operator replied on 10th March 2020, 6:01pm:
"Unfortunately the owner of White Lion Coaches was taken into hospital leaving us with a shortfall in driver numbers.
Rather than leave the customer without a vehicle we sub contracted another company to complete this job for us. It appears this company has let us down quite badly.
Had I been able to supply a driver in one of our vehicles I can assure you that all the seat belts would have been fully functional and as we run executive coaches there would not have been an issue not being able to close windows as they do not open.

"From the moment we met Andy our driver we knew we were in safe hands, Prompt and always happy to change plans last minute (due to our players inability to keep time). I can't tell you how much we were impressed by White Lion Coaches, I would strongly recommend them, as they made the journey very pleasant and were very competitive on price. Brilliant service!"
