"The drivers were both helpful and in good appearance The vehicle was clean and comfortable Below is the detail of the journey that made it a bitter sweet experience. On Outbound: We were given the itinerary for our driver named: Fiona Fleming On the outbound we were ready for the driver before our agreed pick up time of:9.30am. She arrived about 9.15am We set out at 9.49am and had delays along the way which is of no fault of ours. It took her a while to try to find the assigned place of pause for a break given by yourselves to her CB8 0XG. In the end, we just had to stop somewhere which was about an hour to our final destination. The driver took a while before getting to the final destination again to no fault of ours. In the process, two of the passengers needed to use the loo. We had to stop for that, even though we were very close to the destination. Eventually, we found our destination at about 3.00 pm On Return We had a new driver; We were not given details of the driver beforehand so we did not know who it was until about 9.00am on the 3rd August (despite calls to yourselves beforehand) when the named driver, David, arrived. I commented that he was early and asked if we could leave later than 9.30am to which he obliged on the grounds that 'as long as it is okay with you, it is okay with me' never once did he mention that there could be a fee if we did not leave on our agreed time. We set off by 10.30am - which was about an hour late. At which the driver said, the arrival time is 1.00pm We did not stop for a break on the way at all. (You said it is compulsory for you driver to have a break along the way for that kind of journey) There was unforeseen traffic along the way/a protest in London, which is no fault of ours. So we arrived finally at our drop off location at 2.30pm. For these reasons, we take it that you are charging us for unforseen circumstances that are no fault of ours. However, if you still want to pursue taking the payment, can you send the invoice to @James Edwards of our finance department. Although we would not be using the services of Stirgen Ltd again in the future as there has been a discrepancy in communication between the driver, your client (us) and yourselves all through the process that has affected the smooth delivery of our trip outbound and on return. Thank you!"

"Our ride with Stirgen Ltd was exceptional. The airport transfer took about an hour, and the quoted price was reasonable. I booked on behalf of my large family group without hesitation. The booking process was swift, and responses were prompt. Initially, I requested an 11 am departure, but it was rescheduled to 10:40 am. Rebehka, the company's representative, promptly informed me of the change rather than showing up unannounced. The driver, Fiona, arrived on time and managed to maneuver the minibus at our location, which is quite narrow. She also helped us with our bulky luggage and ensured our comfort throughout the journey. Fiona was very warm, passionate about her job, and handled the vehicle well. We had a pleasant conversation, and she eloquently shared her experiences with us. The vehicle itself was in satisfactory condition and spacious, with ample room for all our luggage in the storage compartment. The air conditioning worked well, and the seatbelts were in good condition. There was no visible rubbish in the vehicle, no squeaky sounds, and it ran smoothly. I highly recommend Stirgen Ltd's service and the driver, Fiona. It was a pleasant experience, and I'm glad we made the right choice."
