"Great service on the way out to the airport, but the driver wasn’t there on the way back. Not sure where the issue occurred but the change of time was confirmed a few days before pickup and I also confirmed the time with the driver once dropped off at Manchester airport."

"The driver was very nice, as was the coach. It was the ideal start of the trip - knowing that we were all going to get to the destination. The driver was very patient with our big group from abroad and helped with all the cases. This was extra helpful as we had guests with limited mobility."

"The journey on the way there was not the best, on numerous occasions the driver was slamming on the breaks, the driver was all over the road, nearly reversed in to another car, when we asked the driver to put the radio on, he said it was not working, although my friend who sat in the front, got it to work straight away. The driver did not really speak to us at all, or help us put our bags in the back, was not helpful at all, the driver on the way back was slightly better but still not much communication, both drivers expressed that they did not know where our drop offs points was, again no communication at all. The coach was clean, however did not look like the coach I had booked, I had booked a luxury coach which was supposed to have tables on, although the coach which came did not, was just a standard coach. I was supposed to get the drivers details 24hours prior to the booking, this did not happen, I probably would not book again or recommend."
