"The journey hit a few minor diversions for various reasons, however the driver handled it all in his stride and couldnt have been more friendly. The coach was comfortable, spacious and the air con was great on what was turning out to be a warm day."

"The bus was great, clean and modern. The driver however was extremely rude, for some reason chose to make our guests walk a 10 minute walk at the end of the evening rather than pick us up from a coach stop. He then proceeded to drive horribly, constantly breaking and accelerating and many guests were extremely upset with this. He stopped 5 minutes away from the hotel rather than stopping outside- the same driver and coach who picked us up and said the coach couldn’t stop there for some apparent reason. When I tried to approach him I was approached by him aggressively, overall horrific experience If anyone doubts any of this, this can be confirmed by the Hilton in Bournemouth as well as the Italian Villa in Poole."
