"Really, really excellent service! I used Serwer for a hen party, for collection in Dunstable, drop off in London, then picking us up from London at the end of the night and dropping back to Dunstable. It turned out I had made a couple of mistakes at the time of booking (the collection location, the pick up time and we also had another person add onto our booking later down the line) and this was all no trouble at all (so much so I was worried they wouldn't turn up because it just seemed too good to be true!). We all said we thought it was really reasonably priced for the vehicle and service. I collected cash from the girls on the day and we gave the whole fare to the driver after they'd dropped us in London so I didn't have to carry around so much cash during the day (which in hindsight could've been a really stupid mistake to make), but sure enough, right on the dot he was waiting outside for us to collect later. A total door-to-door service too which isn't easy in London! Honestly, they really exceeded my expectations and I can't recommend them enough. The communication was excellent, good price and our driver was lovely. Thank you so much for the safe and fun journey!"

"The driver, Samir, was very nice, professional, and helpful. He arrived on time, and got us to our destination on schedule. The coach was pretty bumpy at times, depending where you were sitting, but was otherwise comfortable and had plenty of seats."
