"I booked the minibus to collect my son, daughter and some of their friends who had been at a nightclub in London (Tottenham Court Road) celebrating my son's 21st. It was a one way trip to Harlow. I had provided my daughter's mobile number and asked for the driver's number but this was not provided although they were able to find the minibus and it was exactly at the time that was agreed. There was confusion over payment. I had paid a deposit upfront and the remainder was in cash at home. The driver said that it should have been paid when they got on the minibus but I was totally unaware of this. Other than these couple of administration miscommunications, the minibus was punctual, clean and the journey home was quick and uneventful - just what was required!"
