"Took over 30 calls to finally get an answer on the phone which should have been the first warning sign. The coach arrived, driver instantly let us know the AC was broken. The coach smelt foul of fish and there was no soap of wafer in the toilet. We asked to play some music and the driver informed us the radio didn’t work. Overall a very disappointing experience."
