"The journey was very quick, driver on time, so we were ready to get off. Our driver Steve was really helpful, we had a couple of wheel chairs & he put them on no problem, nothing was too much to help . The coach was clean & had bags at end of seats for our rubbish."

"Amazing service, the driver was spot on, friendly and allowed all passengers to enjoy the trip. Everything from the pick to the drop, I could not have asked for anything more. I will definitely be using this company for every future events."

"Was early arriving to collect us, even messaged to let us know setting off. Driver Steve was brilliant, even let us stay on the bus when we arrived and let us back on earlier than planned after the wedding. Spoke to everyone when getting on and off. Very polite and professional. Vehicle clean, didn't need to worry about getting on in a wedding dress and it being dirty etc. Would fully recommend 10/10"

"The overall journey was fine, on time pickup and drop off. The driver was very rude from the first phone call, he had clearly put the wrong address into his satnav and was being rude because he couldnt find the pick up point. He thought that he'd hung up and was swearing about not being able to find the place."

"Ross travel was absolutely great from start to finish. Our driver Ian was a brilliant laugh and was very professional as well. We already had a coach booked with another company but they let us down (30 people) with 4 days to go. Ross travel came in and wasted no time in organising our coach so we could get to the wedding venue. Coach was clean and comfy. Would highly recommend. Thank you Ian and Ross Travel."
