"Driver on time, correspondence up to the date of both days of travel was superb. Vehicle was clean and the driver even provided some water for the journey back that was a nice touch."

"Journey: roads busy but took slower route for some reason. Driver: not friendly, didn't seem happy to have a bus of children. During the journey a water bottle stored on the luggage rack (not ours) was rattling around and nearly fell on one of the children. One child instinctively stood up to stop it, only for the driver to shout at her to sit down, even after I had explained why. Vehicle: clean"

"Hello Ben, many thanks for your review.
(1) Slow road – we use sat nav and it suggested the Beacon. However, that hill was swarmed with cyclists. That is probably why you thought it was slow.
(2) As evidenced by the on-board CCTV demonstrated that your children were not wearing their seat belts, the driver did not shout, but advised that all seat belts were to be used.
(3) The water bottles are there for the consummation of the passengers, free of charge.
(4) Driver not friendly, again CCTV does not provide any evidence of this.
Sorry we did not meet with your expectations. We have taken on board your comments and as such have booked the driver to attend the next “How to look Friendly Driver’s Improvement Course”."

"Fantastic service. The driver David was super nice, he was on time and waited for us 15min longer on the way back as our event was delayed. He also printed our company logo which was a lovely touch. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. It was only 10 of us so plenty of space inside. Thank you very much! We will definitely use the service again!"
