"I contacted the driver as our train arrived. He confirmed he was on his way. We had booked an 8 seater which would have been quite a squeeze but he arrived with a larger bus which was great condidering the luggage we had. Excellent service and most freindly of drivers."

"Premier cars was absolutely fantastic The driver was superb he was clear and very helpful and also spot on time, for pick up and drop offs The vehicle was amazing drove to the destination in luxury leather seats and also tables. Totally recommend them"

"The pick up journey started well and the driver was polite and helpful, however, as the journey went on the driver became more and more irritated and came across quite rude. He didn’t introduce himself or let us know about any of the rules, eg, drinking on board, we only found out once we noticed the paperwork. He didn’t mention anything about cigarette breaks or when we could stop for toilet breaks etc. The ruder he got, his driving became more aggressive and he was breaking sharply and there was no need for it. He used an aggressive tone quite a few times, a passenger on board had sprayed some perfume but he automatically accused us of vaping even though he told us off and we longer did this. I would not recommend this driver for my personal use again. However return trip home was completely different, the driver was polite, helpful, introduced himself and notified us off breaks and toilet stops before we set off. The drive home was a lot smoother than the outbound trip. If it wasn’t for the first driver that had taken us to Skegness the rating would be 5/5."

"The price quoted was great value for money. The driver was communicative and friendly. He let us know his arrival time, shared live location and was attentive to our needs for stops along the way. The vehicle itself was comfortable and clean as advertised. Unfortunately the arrival time was 45 minutes later than agreed. I think this was because he was coming a long way to the pick up location, but potentially could have been prevented, hence why 4 stars."

"The journey was excellent from start to finish, clean vehicle and on time for both journeys. The driver was helpful and offered for us to stop on the journey should we need to, although we didn't have a need for this it was a nice touch to make everyone feel at ease should the need arise. We did make an error with the timing for our return journey but this was our error and the company were accommodating and handled it in a professional and understanding way. Would book again."
