"The journey to Southend on Sea on 21st August 2025 was a very positive experience. We are a charity in South London supporting families caring for children and young people with special needs and disabilities. "Driver on the way out was late for our pick up but was very apologetic and was very helpful when giving information. Our driver on the way back was on time picking us up and was also helpful. However, we were due to arrive at our destination for about 2:40pm but then for some reason the driver started driving 40mph on the motorway which pushed our arrival time back to 2:55pm."
