"We were very happy with Olympia Transport. However, we did have an issue about time keeping as the school party had to wait for 4 hours for the coach to arrive to pick them up on their return journey."

"I paid for the hire of a 51 seater luxury coach, plus an extra £250 deposit, which I was told was for a brand new coach. The refund was promised, 3 days after event. On the day of the event, I received a 49 seater, plus a 7 seater minibus. You can imagine my shock horror. That was just the beginning… on the return journey the driver of the coach, informed me that he would not be taking us back to our second drop off. I had to pay for all the passengers Ubers to take them back to the second drop off. Oh, I forgot to mention, on the return journey, the driver took us half way, we had to wait for another driver to take over.. I sent the company, Olympia Transport Co, a letter of complaint on the 23 June 2023. To date I have not received a response. Not have I received my £250 deposit. My advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"

"The driver was 1 hour late for the collection time. The journey back wasn't good, the communication from the driver as to where he was collecting us from wasn't clear at all. The driver was very kind and generous though and I don't think he is to blame. The vehicle was very clean and tidy, the toilets got blocked on the journey back which wasn't pleasant for the passengers."

"We got told it would be a 51 seater, it ended up being a 33 seater which was very disappointing and had to leave a few kids purely because there was no space on the coach."

"The driver had a little difficulty navigating the pick up point at the start of the journey. The coach was clean and comfortable and the driver was very helpful."

"the driver was early and everything was fine about the trip. On the day I received email and text confirmation of the drivers name and number which was good. The admin pre trip was difficult as it is very difficult to get hold of people."

"I hired a 51 seater coach, the coach arrived in great condition it was clean and had no smell. The journey was comfortable and smooth. The driver was very friendly and very helpful. The customer service was great, all queries were answered and dealt with. Will definitely use this company again and recommend it to others."

"The journey went very smoothly & the driver was really nice and helpful. The vehicle was fine but needed better air conditioning on the way going - the trip back was much cooler due to the time. The highlight for me would be our driver named Zach. He was very kind and I enjoyed my birthday very much!"

"Journey went well and safely once the driver had the correct postcode. The teenagers were kept happy with the music played on the outward journey and the dvd played on the return journey. The driver was well presented, polite and very helpful and the coach was immaculate and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend and use this company again."
