"We hired a coach, via your company to take us from Liverpool to Wigan & back this weekend. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience & one that one would not expect for the price point. The reviews of your company are good, so it's even more surprising that the experience was not a positive one. Here are few factors which are not acceptable: • The driver was over 45 minutes late, meaning that we missed some of the experience we were attending. • The driver lacked the professionalism you would expect- his child was asleep on the front two seats of the bus. He was also blasting his own music loud while driving with his hood up. Is that professional? • The coach was 23 years old & had no air conditioning whatsoever making it a very uncomfortable journey. It also lacked seatbelts & when looking into its MOT history, it was concerning. • The driver seemed to complain about doing the journey & the fact 'he had to pay for the fuel himself'. His driving was also very questionable at times and caused further concern. • The images on your website clearly misled myself into going forward with your company, as they showed modern, good quality coaches. This was clearly not the case. If I knew this was going to be the situation, in hindsight, I would have just got several taxis instead of paying over £500."

"Excellent amd very very accomodating Although the last bit of the drove was hard, the driver did it and didnt get annoyed!! Appearace was great! The vehicle was perfect size."

"Rang the week before travel to amend times was told due to the time change moving it earlier their would be an extra charge due to the tightness off other jobs. I was advised to pay the additional £50 in cash on the day to the driver so I did not send this via the bank as I wasn’t advised to. Come to the date of travel and half 5 which I was told was okay coach is no where to be seem , rang the number I previously rang to alter the time and apparently no changes had been made Althought I made these changes and these were accepted. Coach driver did arrive 40 minutes later (late for meal in Manchester I still had to pay the £50 just incase we wasn’t picked up which was all of our worry if we didn’t pay this but other than this issue coach driver was really nice and everything else was fine"

"we only booked our coach journey a few days before travel, and odyssey were very helpful. We originally received a cheap quote from them which we were happy with. However on the day of our journey, they sent a larger coach then booked and charged an additional price. They did this without contacting us about the change and then expected us to pay the difference. Besides for this the service was good and journey ok.."

"The journey went really well from start to finish. The driver was a great guy, helpful and some driving skills to get us to where we needed to be. Vehicle was very cleaned tidy and presentable. All in all a very good trip for our lads."

"Well I give this company 100/10 we booked this coach to a festival so u can imagine it was very rowdy he was decent let us connect to Bluetooth and passengers all stated how decent this trip was and how friendly he was so yes we will defo be using this company again :) I would defo recommend him to anyone the coach was nice and clean too :)"

"Very punctual & swift service for both journeys - drivers were brilliant both ways and nothing was too much of an issue. Would recommend and would definitely use again."
