"Michelle is a lovely lady. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. She presented herself lovely and the minibus was immaculate. Very smooth journey. Arrived on time for both journeys. Very kind lady. "Michelle was lovely. Arrived 30 minutes early for our pick up but at no point did she make us feel rushed. We were a group of 11 people on a day trip to Ascot. She was very professional and as soon as we set off she enquired that we were comfortable and adjusted the air con accordingly. The journey was smooth and on arrival she asked for the payment which was all ready for her and agreed with us where she would pick us up later on. She met us exactly where we’d planned and despite a few members of our group being a bit loud and merry asking her to change the radio channel in search of a good tune she was happy and obliging. Having the transport run so smoothly enhanced the enjoyment of our day immensely and we would all thoroughly recommend Motion Mininbus Services."

"I hired motion minibus services for a return journey to thorpe park as they had offered the most competitive price I could find. The journey went according to plan, with a clean and comfortable vehicle and the customer service was brilliant! The driver was able to accommodate for us being 15 minutes late, helped look for my lost phone and even drove us a little further to mcdonalds at very early hours of the morning. The minibus was clean and comfortable Overall, very helpful and friendly people!"

"Smooth, seamless service. Very highly recommended. From response to the request, to the final drop off, Michelle was very professional, well-presented and offered a friendly service. We ended up needing to extend our booking on the day due to the event we were attending overrunning and Michelle was flexible, accommodating and patient. "Could not recommend higher - our driver, Michelle, was punctual (actually she was early, which was great as we got out of the airport slightly early), with a clear sign. She was professional and very friendly - I was on a trip with 9 young people and they were all very happy with the journey too. Everything was very easy and we will certainly be coming back to travel with Motion again."

"We required a minibus to take wedding guests to the venue. The driver arrived on time was extremely pleasant and well dressed. The minibus was prestine & had air con and the guests travelled in comfort. The driver was patient due to a late guest arrival but she managed to get us to the venue in good time. The return trip was equally faultless and our driver even went out of her way to drop guests to their various hotels. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. A big thank you to Motion Minibus!"
