"Our driver, Ismael, was so helpful and patience during our journeys. There was a lot of traffic but he was still very punctual for everything. He was very kind and friendly so we enjoyed his company a lot."

"Both journies were great, the coach was comfortable and the driver engaging. The young people particularly appreciated the USB sockets in the seats. We will use Mitcham Belle again."

"our trip frm london gatwick was very dissapointed due to a small minibus was sent fr us to accomodate 21 passengers with 21 suitcases and 21 hand luggage and the driver was not helpfull to assist but the return was much better since after complaining a bigger bus was sent and this driver was helpfull"

"Firstly, I did not receive a call to state the coach was here so when we went outside to the agreed meeting point the coach was no where to be seen. One of our colleagues had to run around trying to find the driver. Eventually he arrived and pulled up on the curb stopping all the traffic behind. The driver didn't say much when we got on which was fine but I cant say that he was helpful as we didnt have any interactions with him. The coach itself was clean and tidy, the seats were comfortable, the only thing was that not all the air con vents were working. When we got picked up the temperature was just reaching 3- degrees so it was very hot on the coach. The vents at the back were not working so a couple of people were starting to feel unwell due to the heat. Regarding the actual journey, we were not very impressed... The driver was driving the coach like he was in a small go cart, he was continually swerving into different lanes to get in front of the other cars, and was going over the speed limit when he could. The journey was not smooth at all, constant stop, starting as he was breaking very late, there were a few times when he broke so late we all came forward due to the sudden halt. It was like he was in a rush to get there as quick as possible, the driving at times felt dangerous. There were several other card beeping their horns at the driver due to his dangerous and inconsiderate driving. There was an altercation with a black cab driver also. I had many of my colleagues comment on his crazy driving therefore I am writing this review."

"The journey was fine but the payment was demanded twice from us in an incredibly uncommercial fashion. They claimed the money had not been paid whereas we showed them evidence of payment based on screenshots of the bank payment website. They claimed these could be photoshopped and demanded payment in full again. We had no choice but to comply as we couldn’t cancel a trip involving 140 people on such short notice. They did not offer any proof the payment was not received and claimed our proofs of payment weren’t proofs. They could have agreed to a compromise where we pay half the journey a second time and the rest in full in case it is proven by both our banks the original payment is indeed lost after a few days. But no, nothing like that, they demanded payment in full a second time. That’s terrible behaviour and very uncommercial, not trusting your clients like this. Eventually they said our payment had arrived and offered to refund it. This should be proceeding now but there is always going to be a suspicion that they were optimising their cash account at our expense, e.g. to cover a temporary short cash position. This and the bullying, with our weak position having 140 people to move at all cost, and demanding full payment a second time when they could have been reasonable and split the bad luck in halves but didn’t, makes it a really sour experience. I don’t think we will use Mitcham Belle again."

"Our two drivers were on time and extremely friendly and helpful. Coach drivers have a reputation for being miserable sods but our drivers were absolutely professional and couldn't have been more helpful. They even coped with the grass that our students walked onto the coach in their wellies and didn't say anything even though this would have been frustrating for them. I will definitely be booking with the company again."
