"Me and my fellow boxing team booked a coach with Midland Self Drive months in advance and they kept in touch throughout the whole process. We have contacted them over and over again to change booking times etc and nothing was ever a problem for her. We were getting responses from our emails/texts within minutes! The driver was ever so polite and professional. Our boxers are aged 8years old up to 20 years old. The younger boxers were very nervous as it was the first time travelling to another boxing venue. The driver was really kind and took time out to speak and motivate them. After speaking to the driver the younger kids were really motivated and felt a lot happier. This is exactly what we needed and believe it or not it was the driver who changed this whole journey from nerves to excitement. The vehicle itself was spotless and comfortable. We made sure we left it in the same perfect condition when we left. I can't thank or recommend Midland Self Drive enough!! We will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you for everything."

"From intital booking to end trip the whole process was very smooth. The coach arrived 15mins prior to departure and the driver, Jay, was extremely helpful and well presented. The coach was very clean and everyone on board expressed how comfortable it was. The whole journey was relaxing and we were free to use all amenities on board. We will most definitely book future travel with them and highly recommend them."

"From the moment I called Midland Self Drive/Coaches I was greeted with a friendly voice who dealt with my query in a professional manner. It was really easy to book with this company as well as gaining accurate information regarding coach journeys. I have had the pleasure of hiring vans and now coaches from Midland Self Drive and can honestly say that they are by far one of the best companies I have dealt with. They have helped in various charitable causes and have always said yes when other companies have said no. They have been my first choice for hire company for a few years now and I have no doubt they will be for many years to come. Thank you very much for the great customer service and clean vehicles everytime I have hired. Your coach drivers have always been smart, friendly, and full of smiles from the beginning to the end of the journeys.
