"Mr Butt arrived on time, drove exceptionally, took me and friends to the horse races, found an excellent place to drop us off, despite difficult traffic conditions. On return Mr Butt was exactly where he told us to meet. Again, the drive home was very good. We would definitely use Midland coaches again."

We got Oxford at the perfect time, within a short distance of a few minutes walking to the place we had to meet our guides, and he even was ready to take us back to Birmingham at the time we needed. Bus was comfortable and clean. Also, the booking process was easy and we got all help we could expect from the contact person. Thanks a lot for everything!"

"The journey went smoothly apart from it took us a long time to leave. the driver didn't realise we had told him we were ready. The driver was helpful and didn't mind coming 15 minutes later on the return leg as we had finished our conference late. He was friendly and helpful (I think his name was Zaheer). The vehicle was comfortable and clean."

"The journey to Wembley Arena was comfortable. The driver was calm and understanding. The coach was clean and pleasant. Although some features were not working i.e. PA system, some foot rest. But overall the service was good."
