"We organised a day trip to London with Marshalls. From the initial contact with Simon in the office , everything went so smoothly . Our first driver James was at the designated pick up point in good time and the coach was immaculate, the journey to Peterborough was seamless. Our second driver Brian was also a credit to you , his knowledge of London was superb and he was able to drop us right in the heart of London and make sure that I knew where to tell everyone to be for the return journey. This was the first time that I have organised such a day for our group but I have already been asked when is the next one ! My other half who reluctantly joined us , actually commented that he had never been on such a smooth coach before and said he would 100% come on the next one ! Praise indeed ! So thank you to the team at Marshalls , you did a great job and fully deserve the 5* rating I have given ."

He even took the trouble to show us on our phone exactly how to get to the theatre once he dropped us at the coach parking area. I highly recommend Marshalls to anyone considering booking a coach."

"I have to say that Sam your driver saw he went an extra mile or two to help the organiser ensure this trip went smoothly. I was so thankful he was an expert behind the wheel because if he hadn't have been then we would certainly have been involved in a crash when a car driver went through a red light at a roundabout at speed (he had no intention of stopping and I am certain he hadn't seen there were lights). We may have been a bit shocked but his expertise behind the wheel ensured we were all safe which is the important part. Well done Sam, and especially for turning up to pick us all up with a top-class and clean coach."

"I used Marshalls for a large event in Lincoln, to take 500+ people from Lincoln Showground to Lincoln Cathedral and back to the Showground. Everything went according to plan and I can't fault them at all. The coaches were comfortable and spotlessly clean and the drivers were helpful, friendly and extremely professional. This is the second time I've used Marshalls for this event and I would be more than happy to use them again. They are brilliant! It was so good to know that after having told them my requirements, I could leave them to do their job without worrying."
