"Journey went well driver turned up on time we wanted a few drinks on the bus and had to pay extra. But apart for that no agg."

"The Journey went well, the driver was on time , polite and helpful. The vehicle was clean, however not what the picture stipulated as an executive minibus. it was just a mini bus. No problems though."

"The driver was very helpful and pleasant. He was smiling and always cheerful. Tidy and clean appearance. The mini bus has a small amount of leg room for tall people and I had quite a few tall family members. But we managed. The driver arrived promptly to collect us and drove we’ll returning us home safely."

"Driver was very polite, punctual and a good driver. Rating would have been 5 star except for one thing. We booked a journey to Ascot and the corresponding return. We were expecting to be dropped off and picked up, but instead were asked to pay an extra £95 for parking at Ascot. This was unexpected and made it pretty expensive. I'm sure there would have been other cheaper options for parking nearby. At the time we didn't want to make a fuss, but feel a bit annoyed. Should have been made clear when booked!"
