"Despite that we did not end up using the service due to our festival being cancelled, MAKYS provided a 5* service from start to finish. Their communication was always extremely prompt and easy to get hold of and my questions were always answered. My quote was extremely reasonable for the journey requested and there were no hidden fees. I am gutted that we were unable to fulfil our service due to the cancellation of our festival but I will definitely be coming back to MAKYS when in need of a coach service. "Upon arrival the driver met us with a great beaming smile which was only the beginning of what was a wonderful service. The bus was super clean and spacious. The driver was naturally helpful and great company along the journey! Allowing us to connect our music to the vans Bluetooth. "Khurram was professional and friendly. His communication prior to my booking was great and he responded quickly to any queries I had. He arrived early so we could leave on time and his mini bus was nice and clean. He kept in contact during the day and was available to leave whenever we needed. He even made sure that the mini bus was heated when we finally left which was much appreciated after a day in the rain! Would highly recommend and will definitely use again."

"Excellent executive coach service delivered by Makys for pupils from Borough of Bromley to Tunbridge Wells. The coach is always on time and very clean. Mr Qureshi maintains communication with parents through a watsapp group with the same zeal every morning and afternoon. I particularly find the location tracker in the afternoon to be super helpful in planning my journey to the pick up point. The service has been very reliable throughout the current academic year as the pandemic has continued to pose challenges. In short, without Makys, we may not have sent our son to Tunbridge Wells!"
