"Was picked up from my door with my husband and 6 children, the driver helped with luggage made sure we was comfortable before setting off to Combe haven Hastings. Was a lovely drive liked chatting to the driver, he was dressed comfortable. The mini bus was clean and comfortable, when we arrived at Hastings we even brought the driver a coffee. Would definitely use him again. "

"I hired a minibus driven by Kurrum to take my daughters and their friends on a day trip to Thorpe Park. I was nervous about it as I've previously had a bad experience with an unscrupulous minibus firm. I was delighted when Kurrum turned up early with a minibus which was clean and in excellent condition. Text communication throughout the day with the driver was really good. In fact I could not fault the service at all, driver was efficient and polite and swiftly reorganised the route as the M25 was closed after an accident. Highly recommended if you want superb service."

"Driver was very polite, punctual and a good driver. Rating would have been 5 star except for one thing. We booked a journey to Ascot and the corresponding return. We were expecting to be dropped off and picked up, but instead were asked to pay an extra £95 for parking at Ascot. This was unexpected and made it pretty expensive. I'm sure there would have been other cheaper options for parking nearby. At the time we didn't want to make a fuss, but feel a bit annoyed. Should have been made clear when booked!"
