"I have been with King's Norton Coaches three times this summer and enjoyed all the trips enormously. The drivers were Mike and Steve and they are both very approachable, helpful, knowledgeable and transparent about the road conditions and have a great sense of humour; I could n't speak too highly of them. The coach was very clean and very comfortable and the comfort stops were just long enough although, speaking personally, I would prefer not to stop at all on the homeward journey as it can be pretty late by the time we get back to Longbridge. I am looking forward to booking my next trip in the late summer. Thank you"

"very poor journey, wondering from lane to lane, driver said steering not very good bit frightening up the M6 had to keep talking to driver thought he was about to fall asleep, about the same coming back from Manchester. think the suspension on the coach needs attention, 6 adults very nervous both ways."
