"We use Jackie coaches three or four times a year. The admin team are fantastic and are always willing to help out. Coaches are comfy and very clean. The driver is fantastic and always willing to help. We would recommend this company to anyone"

"Journey was brilliant. Great driver who went a sensible way to The Globe (and this isn't always the case with other companies!), and got us there in plenty of time. Great collection from The Globe, with the coach in a perfect place, and then a smooth journey home. Got home 15 minutes earlier than anticipated. Lovely driver, lovely clean and comfortable coach, and he opened the front windows so we got plenty of ventilation. Couldn't be happier."

"The driver came late and we had to call the coach company several times to confirm where he was. I understand coming in to central London is difficult but we had no update from anyone as we had to be the ones to call. The bus sent to us was not tracked - not helpful as we had parents who were waiting to see their children off. The return journey - no air con and the temperature was 29 degrees. Children and accompanying adults were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately not keen to use again."

"Coach arrived before the journey start time, allowing us to to leave at the allotted time. Driver was smart and welcoming, also helpful with a passengers that had walking aids. Allowed a comfort stop, there and back. We had a very smooth ride there and back. Coach was clean and comfortable. Everyone very pleased."

"I organised a mini coach to Pickup 14 members of our family from Bristol Airport to attend a funeral at Chipping Sodbury. We were provided with the coach and driver for the day. Michael our driver was friendly and helpful, the coach was spotless and very comfortable. all pickups were on time. The service provided took the stress out of a very difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would definitely use them again. A big thank you to all."
