"Whilst there was a bit of a communication error leading to a late pick up on the return journey, when told about the issues they had in relation to our booking, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had transport. The original coach was involved in an accident (that wasn't the coach drivers fault) on the day of our outward journy. The company arranged alternative provision for both the outward and return journey and ensured that our trip could go ahead at no extra cost and with no real impact to our trip. The drivers were good and the vehicles were suited to our needs. Would definitely recommend this company to others and will use them again."
