"A professsional approach. We were very satisfied and Suleman was a perfect Gentleman. He picked us up well in time and took back to our hotel very nicely. Kudos to Harlequin travel ( travel on 21 Aug evening)"

"Driver was on time and he is good and helpful and journey was good however the coach had no access to sound system and a microphone so we had nothing to entertain the kids with whilst stuck in traffic. Also it would have been nicer if i knew that coach had no toilets as toilets were requested when i initially made the quote request. Thanks"

"Our day to the races was made completely stress free with harlequin travel. Communication throughout was good. Nigel our driver was available to speak to before the day to confirm times, parking etc. He was on time, extremely helpful and looked after all our needs. The coach was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be using again. Thank you."

"Very poor communication and administration. They arrive late on both trips within informing us. There was no messages whatever to indicate when was going on. When we called them, they did not seem to know what was going on. In fact their telephone was largely unavailable. They had the wrong name down on the trip. The staff were just generally appalling. Trevor promised to call back but he never did"
