"We used this bus service for my friend's Hen Party of 12 people to go from our hotel to our cocktail class. Our driver Martin was smartly presented, kind mannered and friendly. He was slightly early but was more than happy to wait for us to be ready (he text me on arrival)- once we were all on the bus and it was time to go, he was more than patient with us as he did not mind at all that a party member had to go back in to the hotel for something they had forgot - we didn't feel rushed at all!. He made us feel at ease, put music on for us and didn't mind us being loud with talking and singing. He went above and beyond in terms of help/assistance - he helped a member of our party off the bus who struggles with their knees. Martin deserves to be recognised as an asset to the company.. Great driver and very clean bus (and nicely decorated with lights on the ceiling!). 10/10 - I highly recommend and would use this service again!"
