"The outward journey was absolutely perfect, timely pick up, very clean coach and helpful driver. The return journey was late by over 1 hour, we understand that traffic was the issue but this is something that should be compensated for before set off, also the vehicle was quite dated and not nearly as comfortable as the first one. The driver was very helpful and apologetic about the late pick up but when you’ve been up for nearly 24 hours the last thing you want to do is wait around for your driver, hence not 5 stars."

"Hiring this coach was the best thing we could have done, it took so much stress away from our holiday and helped us enjoy the journey as well as the holiday. Arrival times were spot on both times. Roger was amazing, such a friendly, happy and funny driver. The coach was a great size for our party of 13 with plenty of space for us and the luggage. It was clean, comfortable.
