"Very old minibus. No aircon. Driver always on phone. Had to stop for fuel on return journey."

We gave quote for standard vehicle as you can check price £220 from hitchin to Epsom races return can’t be for executive or luxury vehicle.
Vehcle was clean and there is air-con vent on every seat which you should turn on.
Same driver went on job from Staines-upon-Thames after dropping and customer left review which was excellent But we sorry for inconvenience"

"The service provided was excellent. The driver was smart and most helpful, The vehicle clean and comfortable- coping well with 15 of us ( 13 under the age of 14) - making the journey easy for us. Can highly recommend, and would definately use this company again. Thank you."

"The driver arrived early and was very pleasant - asking if we wanted music on the radio and ensuring everyone was comfortable. We got to the location in good time and arrangements were made for pick up as we were in a busy area where stopping could be problematic. The ride home was very smooth and the evening all ran to time. We will definitely use the service again in the future."

"Good quality coaches at a competitive price, but not very good communication. Outward bound coach was 30 minutes late arriving. Return coach was on time but did not contact me before / at the time of collection to give coach details. With several coaches being there at the same time, it was somewhat confusing to find our coach."

On return our 2 coaches was parked on pickup point but drivers just mixed up with both bookings"

"Rashid was a top man and was very courteous, nothing was too much trouble. Toilet breaks for the old men were regular and he didn’t moan once "

"I booked a weekend trip with excel minibus , from Hammersmith to Manchester. The driver was on time and very helpful on the journey . One of my mate left a phone in the bus it was returned next day, the price was lower but service not bad. Thanks guys will definitely use again."
