"Tge journey was fantastic...Raja was nice and patient...everyone loved the vehicle 10/10 for cleanliness and the look of the inside too..only downside is my daughter in law left her coat on board whilst we were at the event only to return and it was missing which had her car keys in."

"Journey was awful the driver took the wrong exit and we ended up late at our venue. The driver was constantly drinking while driving on the motorway and swerving on to the right lane constantly being reminded with the beeping sound. Felt very uncomfortable with the risk he was taking whilst driving."

"The journey went without incident. The driver was courteous and helpful The coach was EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. Some of the passengers have already said that they will not travel on this type of coach again.. Every bump and pothole caused discomfort. The price quoted was very attractive."

"Comfort Coaches were great. The service has been prompt and reliable, and it's been really easy to communicate with members of the team regarding our journey when necessary. The vehicle itself was modern, clean and comfortable with very nice seating and powerful air conditioning. The driver was polite and friendly, and very understanding when we were slightly late to arrive for our drop off. Overall, a great experience and I would use Comfort Coaches again."

"The driver was very rude when my mums friends needed the toilet. She’s older and had kids and her bladders very bad , we asked to have him pull over and he started screaming at her , other than that journey was fine ."
