"Used Coaches Excetera for a one way journey between venues at a wedding. The driver had difficulty getting to the pick-up location due to the road layout but was proactive in calling and arranging the closest accessible pick-up point. The 70 person coach was fine for our relatively short journey. The booking team were also helpful and it was good value compared with other providers."

"The journey was not good because there was no heating on the coach and when the air con comes on we can't turn it off from over head and the journey was long and there was no toilet on the coach, my child ended up sick because the coach was cold and some of the children wee themself because there was no toilet. The driver appearance was excellent and they were very helpful throughout the journey. The vehicle was not comfortable and most of the seats can not go backward and the passenger did not enjoy the treatment that we get because I made a complain about the coach already and they give me back a coach like the first one but this one was worse and I will not recommended coach excetera to anyone and I would not booked them again because my 2 experience with them was not good and now my kids are sick."

"The journey went well. There were 2 drivers as it was a long trip. We could see that they both made decisions together about route to take, where to stop etc. and this reassured us. The Coach was clean and comfortable. The toilet was clean."

"The admin process could have been smoother;it took a little while to get my invoice - after several calls. The Administrators were polite. The coach arrived on time. I had 2x drivers. Both drivers were presentable, personable and helpful. Good careful drivers. The journey to - the coach was old and dirty and not comfortable at all. For the return journey we had a clean comfortable coach. Lovely return journey. Ditch the old coach - not suitable for 2018!! If it had not been for the state of the coach (outward journey) I would have rated this service as a 4* service."

"The trip was really comfortable The driver was very flexible with all we asked. He allowed our group of 70 people have breakfast and snack as long as we cleaned up at the end. The only downside is that he arrived 15 mins late. However, he made up for it in the return journey by arriving 30 mins early."

"We wanted an air conditioned mini bus and this was shown on the quote. When the bus arrived there was no air conditioning. We then agreed for our driver to meet us at 11:30 at a certain point. When we called him he had been sent up to Liverpool on another jo so we then had to hang around not really knowing when we were getting picked up. The driver and the journey were good on the way up and back, but the lack of air condition and pick up confusion let the company down."

"During the morning journey, the driver was late and was parked in the wrong place, not outside the hotel. We had to go and search for him in order to board the coach. He then didn't know where he was going and parked in the wrong location making all delegates late for the conference they were attending. During the booking I was given the drivers contact details, I explained that I needed these in order to book the coach into the car park due to the nature of the location (Ministry of Defence) they have high security and need relevant details in order to book the coach into the car park. I asked that if this did change that I was informed of the changes. I tried to ring this driver in the morning and was informed that he was on his day off. At no point was I informed of these changes and also this made it very difficult to locate the actual driver. In the afternoon I rang your office to try and clarify where the driver should collect everyone, in order to avoid the issues we had faced in the morning. I was rudely spoken to and told that the address I had given was not enough detail. The address I had given was the correct address and if you google it you will see that it is only the name of the road and postcode. I had also given details of which side (door) of the building to go to and that it would be a secured car park. I was told to ring the driver directly to organise. I rang the driver who did not answer so then text him giving clear instructions. The driver still did not listen to these and ended up parking in the wrong place again. Again, we had to go and search for the coach. All in all I think it's safe to say this was a really poor service, I was rudely spoken to and I do expect a coach service based in London to have some idea of where they are going or at least try and research this beforehand. We have paid in full and I would like some compensation for the terrible service provided."
