"Booked with cmc for a hen party From Cardiff to Chepstow and everything went really well and staff were friendly when I contacted to ask them a few questions The driver Wayne was really friendly and accommodating. Nice lovely big coach supplied as there was quite a few of us Thanks a lot!"

"The journey was smooth and the drivers were well dressed and very friendly. The very also was clean and comfortable to a degree. Just a little bit small for those of us on the big side. Otherwise, it was a great trip for everyone."

"The actual coach was great driver was good. The issue I had was the lack of information given to me. I asked about things and took while for anyone to get back to me. Also was told I would get driver info 24 hours before travel. I still havent got them I am just happy it turned up. I had hired it for a charity event which I was organizing which was stressful enough but the communication almost sent me over the edge."

"The journey to and from our destination went extremely well really pleased about that, the driver was absolutely fantastic he couldn't do enough to make our trip as pleasant as possible, the coach provided was spotlessly clean my only complaints would be 1) We requested a coach with toilet facilities which it didn't have causing us to make stops on route 2) Communication, every time i called CMAC i was passed to various different departments even for the simplest query other than that fantastic"

"Drivers and vehicles were great, very friendly, very clean. Communication from CMAC was very very poor. Details were not shared with me in advance, they were often incorrect. I was often having to chase. It felt like I had got lost in between coach hire comparison and CMAC and no-one was catching things. During the booking process I had to chase to get things booked in, I wasn't asked good questions as to what I needed or a given format to make sure all the information was correct. This meant that the coach was originally booked from the wrong Newport train station which I luckily caught when double checking. We had an access because a double decker bus was sent, I was told that I should have know that a 65 seater was double decker but no where on the emails or booking confirmation did it say this so how would I know? The convenience of having one provider who can sort out my coaches is great but the grief of poor communication and lack of trust that things were hand would put me off using you again unless we had a plan to sort out these issues."

"Quite possibly the worse experience I’ve ever had with a coach company. I rang the driver earlier to ask if we could bring drink on as we were going the races, he said yes it’s fine. We turned up and the driver told us we are not allowed despite previously saying yes and he thought by drink we meant water to stay hydrated. He took £100 off us before we got on the bus to allow us to drink. When getting on the bus, not one single part of it was clean. Every seat had rubbish on it, the back of the bus was a disgrace. The toilet was blocked before we got on and absolutely stunk to the point no one would sit anywhere near the back. On the way to the races the driver drove with no care for his passengers slamming on multiple times causing spillage of drinks and a passenger to bang his head against the window. When we arrived at the destination, he told us that we would have to pay an extra £75 for the car park despite not once ever mentioning this to us during the quote or at any point before the journey. We have done this trip many times with other companies and never had to pay extra as it is always included within the price. He threatened to leave us at the festival after we told him it’s unacceptable for us to be paying for the coach car park. If you are looking for a journey with this company I’d suggest you look again as I would rather have walked the 250 miles than go with this company. Avoid at all costs."
