James was punctual had great knowledge of Blackpool for where to eat where to go. When we went round the illuminations as the roads were so quiet he took us the full route which was very kind of him. Excellent driver and very friendly and chatty to the passengers. He explained the route, times when and where we would be stopping etc. Stops on the journey were suitable for those with limited mobility. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be booking again for more trips next year."
