"Amazing driver, guests commented all through day how great and funny he was. There was an issue with the coach with a tyre but they dealt with it no issue and a new coach was available for evening. Had the coach all day for numerous trips to make it easier on guests can’t recommend them highly enough made the day go smoothly."

"I booked through this company for a family day trip to the beach, I was very impressed with James’s customer service as I discussed the service I needed. The coach driver was on time and extremely patient. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to get to the beach in which we choose but the driver was helpful in locating a beach nearby. The driver was informative and friendly. The coach was very comfortable and spacious. The only issue which I had was that the air conditioning was not working, which resulted in a few complaints due to the heat. Beside from that I was happy with the travel services and would use again."

"We booked Cawthorne's for a family celebration trip to a restaurant in the Peak District. Unfortunately it was necessary to cancel due to Covid 19. In these difficult circumstances Cawthorne's could not have been more helpful and immediately agreed to refund our deposit. We would not hesitate to use them or recommend them in the future."

"Both drivers were 20 minutes late on arrival and we weren’t given a drivers phone number so this was a big issue. The coach was clean and comfortable and we luckily still arrived on time. The drivers were nice but were not aware of where we were going or what time we were being picked up in the evening despite me having confirmed this with the company many times. Not too impressed with this."

Operator replied on 28th February 2020, 5:53pm:
"Hi, we apologise for the vehicles arriving late, after checking the tracker vehicles were sat stationary at the pick up point 6 minutes after the required time.. I was in contact on the morning advising where the vehicles were on the tracking device. Drivers had the address provided but when checking with the organiser this had changed and each group/vehicle organiser had different address of the destination. As the drivers were unable to stay at the destination due to parking restrictions they passed a mobile number on so they could be contacted when you were ready to be picked back up for the return. Obviously the tracker and drivers reports are different to yours and can only presume their has been some slight miscommunication on the day which we apologise for from any on our side of things. But we are always willing to work with customers to elevatate any problem as customer service is highly important and welcome feed back of any kind."

"The Journey went very smooth, the driver was very attentive, he was punctual and on time! The bus was very clean, the air con had broken so our journey there was very hot and but on the way back fine as it was night and cooler. The service was fantastic and I would certainly use this company again."

"Arranged a family trip to Scarborough beach. It was a lovely trip, very pleasant experience. Driver was very helpful and able to guide us where to go. The journey was very smooth there and back. Would reccommend 10/10. Will book again soon. Thank you very much"
