"Driver took wrong turn at the beginning of the journey, delaying us slightly, and was 30 minutes late on pick up. He wasn't overly friendly but also wasn't rude, he did the job. Vehicle was clean and comfortable and suited our purpose, particularly for the price we paid."

"The journey on the way up was fine, except for the condition of the mini bus, screws drilled in preventing the windows from falling off... The way back was awful, the mini bus driver clear forgot to pick us up.. We called once we arrived in Manchester Airport and he sounded paniced ans said he was 30 mins away, we call again 30 mins later he said he was 20 mins away this happended for over an hour and a half.... The same amount of time it took him to bring us back to our destination. I would like some compensation back for this! He didnt even appologise for being late.."

"We used this company for a airport run, the driver was on time both ends even as our flight arrived early the driver was their and we did not have to wait around, which we were really grateful of. The driver helped with bags and was great. We were a party of 8 with lots of luggage and had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this company! We were very pleased."
