"Booked a airport transfer, driver arrived early and was very helpful. On return the flight was delayed by 2 hours, was worried driver would not be waiting but he had and covered the extra parking costs to which I reimbursed. My family would be using castle coaches in future as we go on few holidays in the year."

"Really pleased with the service. I had my flight times mixed up and only gave them 2 days notice. They didn’t charge me extra or make my life difficult in anyway even though this was my fault. The flight was delayed which meant they had to wait even longer, but the driver just gave me a call every 10 mins for an update and he didn’t make a big deal out of it. Very smooth ride back from Stansted to Leicestershire. They were also the cheapest quote by some distance. Highly recommended these guys."

"Shaid and his colleague were great - they looked after us on our trip to Cardiff. We used Castle Coaches for a full day hire and they were prompt in their timings which was appreciated. Vehicle was as specified and clean. We'll definitely be using again."
