"This booking was for a hen-do and we were all really happy with the service. The minibus arrived earlier so I could put up some decorations and he let us leave some items on the mini bus throughout the day so we didn’t have to carry everything around with us. The driver even put on a mask of the grooms face to make the bride-to-be laugh when she entered the bus and was more than happy to help where he could. He also made contact with me prior to the trip and during the day to arrange the return journey so communication was great throughout. I highly recommend. Thank you :)"

"I do not normally leave reviews however due to the experience that we had, a review was definitely warranted. We hired the use of a minibus for a hen do. The driver arrived on time and was greeted by my partner. The driver informed my partner that he had just come back from holiday and he ‘cba’ to do the journey. The driver clearly didn’t want to be there or driving the bus. This was perfectly clear throughout the start of the journey. He was abrupt and rude. The condition of the bus was another story. There was mold on the chairs and the cup holders. The bus was just filthy. Not like the pictures and was not in the best condition all round. To top the experience off, the bus only made half the journey before my hen party was stranded on the side of the motorway. To the drivers credit, he arranged for another bus to come and collect us. When the new driver arrived, we were told that he would collect us in the morning and return us home, as had been the arrangement with Tracey ltd. I then proceeded to receive text messages during my hen do from Tracey ltd to state that if we did not transfer an additional £450 to the driver, they would not be able to arrange for the new minibus to collect us. We contacted the new driver of the new minibus directly and found that this was not the case and he was happy to collect us with cash payment on the day. We found this absolutely appalling that Tracey Ltd had sent this message asking for a further amount of money. To cut a long story short, I would never use again and would not recommend. I also was late to my hen do activities as we were stuck on the side of the road for around an hour and a half waiting to be collected."

"Good evening, in response to your review firstly we would like to apologise again for any inconvenience caused due to the breakdown, but would also like to clarify a few points you raised. The comments about the drivers attitude we completely dispute as he is always polite and professional as in all feedback and reviews we have received about him. The minibus is also clean and not moldy I cannot attach current pictures as it is in the garage at the moment. There may have been some communication issues regarding your return as the operator who picked you up from the breakdown at the time we had only arranged the 1 way journey as our main focus was to get your group off the motorway and to your destination ASAP. Later when we were arranging your return trip we were in contact with a different operator who requested payment upfront which is why we messaged to ask for the balance of the money owed to be transferred so that we could pay them and confirm your return. We would like to stress that the total price of the job was £600 and you had paid us £150 deposit. The £450 we asked you to transfer was the remaining balance of the job and not an extra payment as it reads in your review. While we were speaking with this operator the one who picked you up from the breakdown did contact us to ask if we needed the return but at this point you had stopped replying so we couldn't confirm the return with either operator and had to assume you had made other arrangements. Unfortunately there was nothing we could do about the breakdown and we apologise for any delays this caused in enjoying your hen do and wish you all the best for your upcoming wedding celebrations.

"The journey was smooth and pleasant and I couldn’t knock it; nor the driver. He was great and really accommodating for my group (Rainbows). He was very friendly and even let the girls sit in the seat! The vehicle was clean and overall a fantastic service and will definitely be using again in the future."

"Perfect throughout. Lovely, friendly and helpful driver. Vehicle was clean, did have euro plugs though so couldn’t use these to charge phones but driver helped and gave us a portable charging port. Also pulled over so we could use the bathroom. Would highly recommend and definitely use again."

"Found no fault with the whole process from booking our journey to speaking to the staff at the company. The trip itself was great, the coach was very well presented, and the driver was extremely patient as we had to wait for some of our pupils that arrived late. The price for the journey was very competitive also. We will definitely use this company again for our next trip. Highly recommended"

"Fantastic service highly recommend anyone travelling in a group to use them the company is cheap efficient and friendly , they even went out there way to help after the booking to return a left item on there bus 10/10"
