"We booked via Coach Comparison website and was a little apprehensive about choosing the most competitive quote. My worries were groundless as the Booking and invoice was professionally handled by Martina. 11 of our family were travelling to Southampton and Martina organised a 16 seater coach which arrived precisely on time and the driver Steve kept us informed of where he was prior to arrival at our house. After our Cruise ,the pickup from Southampton, by Gary, was also punctual and he kept us informed as there was congestion entering the dock gates. We boarded a much larger coach which from memory was a 26 seater and I mention to the driver that he might have difficulty backing through our gates and up our driveway as we live on a narrow lane. What a driver ! Gary negotiated the gates in one attempt, whereas I have seen delivery drivers with much smaller vehicles struggle to get in and have needed about 5 or 6 attempts to get in ! All in all we are more than happy and will use Bryant travel again."
