"Our journey did not happen because they cancelled and did not inform us, if I had not made contact with them 5 days before I would not have known, they refunded in full once I made contact but that then left me 25 ladies needing a return journey to Liverpool for a hen weekend on the same weekend as Glastonbury, we could not get a bus anywhere so we ended up driving ourselves which is not what we wanted to do. BBT also amended the booking in April upon my request, which they confirmed, even though they said they cancelled in January, not a company you can trust."

"Thankyou so much Owen our driver he was polite kind and didn't mind 15 noisy ladies the bus was luxury and I would use British Blue tours again the customer service from booking to our journey was 100% brilliant . Thanks for helping make our night special . Owen you are a gentleman thank you"

"I would thoroughly recommend this company. The communication from booking onwards was excellent. Our driver Owen was lovely, arrived on time and nothing was too much trouble for him. The vehicle was clean and tidy. We recommended to friends and they were also pleased. Thank you."
