"Early text from Mitch advising arrival time. Loaded all luggage promptly. Van was comfortable and trip to Southampton was uneventful. Arrived in plenty of time, and drop off was quick and easy. On way back Steve kept us informed as we were delayed getting off ship. Had to go to short stay car park, and were then sorted quickly and were soon off. Another uneventful trip home which is all you can ask. Both drivers were very professional and friendly, and we will definitely use this company again. Top class."

"Journey was safe and on time with no issues. Driver made contact day before and arrived on time for both journeys.The was clean and comfortable. Have recommend to others doing simular bike trip next year. Could however do with a bigger trailer as bus will take 13 but trailer only 8 or 9 bike boxes."

"I cannot praise Bristol Travel Ltd enough. Exceptional service throughout. Our driver Steve couldn't have been more helpful and flexible and we will definitely use BTL for all our future trips. We were a party of 14 travelling from Weston-super-Mare to London Tilbury Docks with luggage and this mode of transport was one of our best decisions."

"The whole journey went really well, Jon arrived in plenty of time despite awful weather and road closures. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and Jon made sure we were all settled with information re. expected journey time, wifi, and return pick up information."

"Bristol Travel ltd was beyond brilliant from start of booking to the day of hire, I hired 5 minibuses for the transport to the church and back for my Son's wedding in the centre of the old city of Bristol - a restricted access area. Dealing with the council parking team was challanging and despite gaining permission for access on the day the roads inside the cordon were closed for a street market. I can't describe fully how both professional the team were - rolling with the punches and getting all 80 guests safely to and from the church. The team were just magnificent. I am so blessed that I chose Bristol Travel. In particular I would like to thank James from booking and our lead driver Jon. The coaches were clean and comfortable and smart. The 5 drivers were great drivers, courteous and helful throughout, no sign of distress at the news (through terrible traffic) of the problems for access that were awaiting them at their destination. From booking, planning through to execution and safe delivery of our guests at both ends of the journey, Bristol Travel ltd were supurb."
