"Could not have been more accommodating. The communication was always spot and nothing was too much trouble. Minibus was immaculate and very comfortable too. I will definitely use again and would be more than happy to recommend to everyone."

"Brilliant service. Our driver arrived earlier than we asked as there was alot of traffic and he didn't want us to be late. Tony accommodated everything we asked of him even when we had to change our pick up location at last minute! Very lovely man!"

"We travelled up to London and back for a Hen weekend. From initial point of contact, right through to the day of departure the customer service and communication was superb. Jack our driver was absolutely fantastic. We had a diversion on the way up which added a good few hours onto what should have been a 3 hour journey and throughout this he remained calm, happy, and informative, he really couldn't do enough for us. He also kept in touch on the days leading up to the journey and was very flexible and accommodating. I can’t recommend Bristol Travel Ltd and Jack in particular enough for value for money, customer service, communication and most importantly a professional service. Very happy Hens all round."

"Zoe I used Bristol Travel for my sisters hen do a few weeks ago. We used the service to go in to and out of Bristol centre on a busy Saturday night. Both drivers we had were lovely, pleasant and very patient with us! A particular shout out to Paul, the driver who picked us up after our night out, who called to let us the following day that I had left my purse on his minibus. He even went through the trouble of posting it back to me! Very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend."

"This is the second time now that myself & group of friends have used Bristol Travel LTD for our regular trip down to “Rogers Cider Farm”. I wanted to use the company again after the fantastic customer service and professionalism which was received during the first trip. The driver Tony is always happy to go the extra mile for you and accommodate your trip to ensure it’s exactly how you want it. Very clean bus, always on time, no delays, friendly chatty driver and a fantastic price for the journey. I have now become a regular customer of Bristol Travel LTD & I will continue to use them for years to come for all my travel needs when a mini bus is needed. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a reliable travel service."
