"We were a band of appr. 35 people, going from Manchester Airport to York (and return), We were picked up just outside the arrivals hall, and then at the hotel entrance on our way back. Everything went smoothly, and the driver was friendly, helpful and on time. We had lots of instruments in addition to 'regular luggage', but everything was handled nicely."

"Mini coach sent on outward journey was a 20 seater not 30 as expected. However as only 17 passengers and there was a good boot for luggage this did not cause a problem. Very new comfortable coach. However driver got lost and was using his mobile phone for directions. Finally he put the postcode into the sat nav and we directed him onto the correct motorway. Journey took 2 hours and should have only taken an hour. Mini coach sent on home ward journey was a 30 seater with a good boot. However it was 13 years old and struggled very much to get up the hill in the peak district. The driver had not been provided with a sat nav but used his phone and we made sure we headed off in the right direction. The driver was very cheerful and pleasant which made up for the old mini coach. The journey took just an hour on the way home - the expected time for this journey. Would recommend as price was very competitive and company phoned the week before to check the details of our journey before we travelled."

"Booked for a wedding in the Peak district travelling from Liverpool. Confirmed everything with us the week before and got a reminder of pick up time etc the day before. Driver came to get us punctually and journey was fine. Got picked up in time on the way home too. Was the cheapest I could find and couldn't fault the service."

"The service from Bestway Minibuses Ltd was excellent. The minibus was very clean and comfortable. They arrived on time and the two young men were very pleasant and looked after us extremely well. Nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly be using them again and can recommend them without hesitation."

"Fantastic service! The drivers were polite and arrived early which was more convenient for us as we were ready to go, the coach was comfortable and clean. Will definitely be using this company again."

"Journey there was fab! Arrived on time and bus was clean! Although I got told on the phone there is more than enough room for bags but all we had was the 2 front seats for 16 people! Luckily 2 people didn’t end up coming so we had 2 other seats as if not it would not of even neatly fit 16 bags on! Drive back on the other hand was an hour and 10mins late. The lady on the phone couldn’t even get in touch with the driver so no one knew what was going on. Eventually she said she’d send an emergency vehicle which was also late! (Although I think this was an excuse to make us feel better as it was the exact same bus we had on the way - still had our sellotape stuck to the walls). Driver were both fine! Just a shame about the return journey! I had read reviews about buses not turning up but thought it couldn’t have been true so wanted to give you a chance!"

"Best way mini buses were great! They called to confirm the booking before we went and turned up on time! They were very patient with 23 of us getting on the coach. They picked us up promptly on the way home from the airport. Great service at a very good price!"

"Journey out was great, return journey was delayed half hour and the driver asked us for parking change even though we paid £10 for parking when we booked. The parking was only £4 at the machine, we gave him £1 on the day because he didn’t have enough change."
